The winner was owned by Prince Aly Khan, trained by H M Hartigan and ridden by Morny Wing. A purse of £1000 allowed for the second to receive 50 sovereigns and the third 25 sovereigns. The winner won by 5 lengths, with 3 lengths between second and third.
